Nodo in the press

The story, in brief

ABC Gurmé announces that Nodo opens on Saturday 24 October on Calle Justino de Neve, next to Plaza de los Venerables, and places it among the restaurants that put produce first. It describes a kitchen shared by three cooks, with no star billing and the motto “Memoria y fuego” (memory and fire); a restored building with stone columns, tiles and a chequered floor, plus a terrace; and a short menu built around the embers — fish, meat, vegetables and seafood — the same in the dining room and on the terrace.
